Welcome to TriggerNow CRM (“TriggerNow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our CRM platform, website, and services (the “Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you (“Client,” “User,” “Business Owner,” “Agency,” or “Freelancer”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using TriggerNow.
1. Service Overview
TriggerNow is an all-in-one sales and marketing CRM designed to help Freelancers, MSMEs, and Agencies manage leads, communication, automation, AI chatbots, and analytics on a single platform.
Freelancers, MSMEs, and Agencies can use the Service directly or as applicable under branding and agreements.
TriggerNow functions solely as the technology provider and does not participate in your sales, business operations, or customer service.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
TriggerNow currently offers these plans (all prices include 18% GST):
- Monthly Plan: ₹5,899 per month
- Quarterly Plan: ₹14,999 per 3 months
- Annual Plan: ₹58,999 per year
Prices and plans may be updated or changed at TriggerNow’s discretion. Any changes, including to these Terms, will be communicated appropriately.
3. Free Trial
New users may receive a 7-day free trial to explore the Service before committing to a paid plan.
The free trial terms may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Full refund requests are accepted only within 3 days of the first payment for new customers.
- After 3 days, payments are final and non-refundable. This includes renewals and upgrades.
- Users may cancel subscriptions anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Cancellation and refund policies specific to Agency or Affiliate plans may differ and will be detailed separately.
5. Custom Branding
Custom branding of web or mobile applications (white-label branding) is available as an additional service at extra cost. Please contact TriggerNow for details and pricing.
6. Technical Support
TriggerNow provides technical support during office hours only.
For 1-on-1 support sessions, appointments must be booked in advance.
For minor issues or general queries, users will be directed to community forums or groups for peer support.
7. Data Ownership
Users own all business and customer data in their TriggerNow accounts.
We process data solely to provide the Service.
Users are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws.
8. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Send spam or violate third-party platform policies (WhatsApp, Email, Meta)
- Reverse engineer or misuse TriggerNow technology or branding
Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
TriggerNow provides the Service “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding specific results, uptime, or error-free operation. Liability is limited to payments made in the last 30 days.
10. Termination
Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination. Users may terminate accounts by canceling subscriptions.
11. Intellectual Property
All software rights belong to TriggerNow and its licensors. Users receive a limited license to use the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
